Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.
Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share.
In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so they may take hold of the life that is truly life.

ealth is definitely uncertain, no doubt about that. But I have never thought that God can really provide us with everything for our enjoyment. Wow!!!
I love Message Bible translation:
Tell those rich in this world’s wealth to quit being so full of themselves and so obsessed with money, which is here today and gone tomorrow. Tell them to go after God, who piles on all the riches we could ever manage—to do good, to be rich in helping others, to be extravagantly generous. If they do that, they’ll build a treasury that will last, gaining life that is truly life.

He piles on all the riches we could ever manage …
- to do good
- to be rich in helping others
- to be extravagantly generous
These are qualities of a person whose heart is after God…. Doing these we lay up a firm foundation for ourselves, gaining life that is truly life!!!
I am thinking, in one verse Ap. Paul put the key to life that is truly life. Can I do all of these without God?
I do not know. But what I know that it is really enjoyment to have these qualities in life. And
no matter how is my financial status, God gives me everything I need to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In addition, God knows how to expand His riches in our lives, but He does it as much as we willing to share what we already have with others!

Share your Love, share your Care, share your Life, share your House, serve with your car, with all the treasures God gives you. Serve with Wisdom and God’s heart.
His heart is for us. He wants us to enjoy our life, and there is no more enjoyment to live life for others… Living life the way Jesus would live. Loving life the way Jesus would love. And when we live this way, at right time we rip the greatness of God. In faithfulness and complete trust In Him, it feels like God Himself is pampering us in His perfect way showing us how much He cares about us and how much He loves us!
I wish everyone could firmly say, “I have decided to follow Jesus, no coming back, no coming back…”
Put your hope in God, run after Him, and you’ll see His favor in your life.
