I love Jesus, and that is what is at the core of who I am. Spending time with Him brings me the most joy, and the writings that I have here are the overflow of my relationship with Him.
Hi, I am Alesya Vitorsky. I was born in Minsk, Belarus, to a young and passionate evangelistic couple – Nikolay and Inna Novik – as the firstborn of their seven children. Growing up in a minister’s home, my life was surrounded by prayers, worship, and ongoing ministry.
Ever since I was a child, I found myself continually drawn to God. From a young age, I served Him with my musical gifts and talents, and then later as choir director, worship leader, and educator.
After our family immigrated to the USA in 2001 due to religious persecution, we were forced to start life all over again and found a place serving in a small Slavic church near Philadelphia, PA. The church began growing, and I was again heavily involved in ministry. That is where I met my husband Vitaly, who became my one and only true love. He is an amazing husband and wonderful man of God, and we’ve been blessed with three sons and a daughter.
I love to worship, but I have always had a passion for His life-giving Word. I love seeing lives transformed and made whole through God-intended freedom and seeing people walking in the fullness of who He is.
My life scripture is Mathew 11:28-30, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
The purpose and calling of my life is to serve the body of Christ, bring God’s Kingdom through worship, writing, prayer, and personal ministry to individuals seeking the Lord and freedom in Him.
